Since my last entry I decided to do Honours and here I am! I'm half-way through now and it has been a crazy semester. I think all up I have written over 20 000 words of essays and reports but it has been worth the effort because now I feel full-bottle on contemporary gaming issues and research methods.

One of the cool things about Honours is that you get to do your own project so I have decided to make a 3D adventure game for children aged 10-14. This semester has been all about the game design document and learning Unity 3D and JavaScript so I don't have much to show at the moment. But stay tuned and I will a playable version of it around September on my website and I will be looking for testers (particularly if you are in the target age group of 10-14).

I should be putting up some concept art and 3D models within the next month so you can start getting excited about the game! I don't want to reveal too much about the concept at the moment so you'll have to be patient.
